We are very pleased to serve our community again. As we are limiting close contact with patients and disinfecting during the day, your visit will be a bit different than before.
In accordance with guidelines from the College of Optometrists of Ontario, our clinic has increased our disinfection protocols to help stop the spread of COVD-19
Our commitment to keeping you safe
Our team will:
Not book appointments for anyone who does not pass our COVID screening
Clean our hands before and after each patient interaction and throughout the day
Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) covering mouth, nose and eyes when interacting with patients
Maintain a physical distance of 2m whenever possible
Install breath shields on all exam equipment where possible
Disinfect all equipment and devices (including eyeglass frames) that have come in contact with patients
Increase disinfection frequency of high traffic areas in the clinic
Not present to work if we are feeling unwell
We need your help
We request our patients:
Book an appointment before presenting to our clinic to help us maintain physical distancing
Pass our COVID screening questionnaire
Wear a mask. We kindly request that you bring your own mask due to a global shortage of PPE. If you do not have a mask you may purchase one from our office
Use the hand sanitizing station before entering our clinic
